The software here will automatically re-size your image if it is too large for the forum. When it does so it puts a black banner at the top of the image containing text telling you the original size of the image and a "click me" feature so you can see the full size image in a new window.

We understand that there may be times when you do not want the banner to show up. Say when you are doing a flyer for a club run and you want the presentation to look its best but the hosted image is too big. Well now you can manually re-size the image with our new "imgs" BB code and do away with the black banner. This code allows you to put in an absolute value of the width in pixels.

In this example we have set the width to 350, height is automatically adjusted to keep the aspect ratio correct.

The original image size was 700 wide
